Based in West Palm Beach, FL Bartizan Capital focuses on identifying and pursuing opportunities where market timing, creative structuring and sophisticated execution create an advantage.
We invest at the institutional frontier where a strategy has been sufficiently proven to underwrite with conviction but remains early enough that institutional capital has not yet fully arrived. This includes transactions below institutional scale, strategies ahead of broad institutional acceptance, and opportunities whose complexity creates barriers for passive capital.
Since we are not tied to a particular asset class or operating model, Bartizan Capital has the flexibility to deploy capital where the market is moving before institutional capital moves in, or fill financing gaps in under-served sectors, both of which provides for the realization of outsized returns.
